03/23/24 NRA CHIEF Range Safety Officer

*Prerequisites: Must be a current NRA Range Safety Officer and have taken Basic Instructor Training (BIT) within the last 2 years.

This course is designed to develop NRA Chief Range Safety Officers who possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to conduct the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting course. Role-playing is a major part of an instructor course; candidates take turns working in teams, actually conducting portions of the course to other candidates who portray basic students.

In addition, candidates will be provided the appropriate lesson plans and must score 90 percent or better on the open book written exam.

All materials are included. Class fee is due in full by 03/22/24 or at time of registration if later than 03/22/24.
