08/10/24 NRA Rifle Instructor Course

Prerequisites: Successful completion of NRA Basic Rifle Shooting and NRA BIT (Basic Instructor Training) within the last 2 years. Candidates complete a pre-course questionnaire and demonstrate their firearm background in assessment exercises.

This instructor course teaches the knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to organizing, promoting and teaching NRA’s Basic Rifle Shooting course.

Instructor Candidates demonstrate organizational and teaching skills through presentations both in the classroom and on the range, complete an examination and pass a shooting qualification. Students will receive NRA Rifle Shooting Instructor Candidate Packet and NRA Basic Rifle Shooting course handbook.

$250 - includes all materials and range fee (does not include BIT). Class fee is due in full by 8/7/24 or at time of registration if later than 8/7/24.
